Headly Manufacturing Receives Certification to ISO-14001:2015

Headly Manufacturing Company received our Certificate of Registration to the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System on August 5th, 2020. This certification last for 3 years.
Headly Manufacturing’s Environmental Policy
Employees of Headly Manufacturing are committed to it's Environmental Management System (EMS) to help control activities, services and products used on behalf of Headly, to limit their impact on the local environment & human safety. Headly conforms to EMS applicable statutory, regulatory and industry specific requirements. To help define Headly EMS priorities we have adopted the following guiding principles:
· To maintain a state of emergency preparedness and safety to serve as a model to the local business community on how to responsibly protect the environment.
· To continually improve our EMS to prevent pollution.
· To encourage the reuse or recycling of as many items as feasible, and provide the necessary resources to do so.
· To define a set of objectives and targets, conduct regular review of actual performance, and annually review objectives and targets.
· To document, implement and maintain this EMS policy, communicate it to those working for or on behalf of the organization, and to make this policy available to the public upon request.
This document is subject to annual review by the Headly management review team.
Headly Completes Initial Third Party ISO 14001:2004 Audit

Headly Manufacturing Company’s Environmental Policy is based on our objective to be compliant with laws and regulations and to minimize environmental impacts using risk management strategies based on analysis of our operations with a focus on continuous improvement.
It requires that we review and take account of the environmental effects of each activity and process used to supply our precision drawn metal stampings to global companies and that we plan and conduct our processes and services to minimizing the impact to our environment.
We recently underwent our initial third party audit for ISO 14001:2004 registration and based on those results should receive our Certificate of Registration stating that we conform with ISO 14001:2004 by the end of this year.
Golden Supplier of the Year for 2012

Headly was recognized by one of our largest customers as their Golden Supplier of the Year. This is the fifth year in a row that we have received the supplier of the year award for our "exemplary performance in the areas of quality, delivery, cost management, technology, and overall service" for our precision metal stampings. Headly prides ourselves on providing high quality precision metal stampings, just in time deliveries, exceptional service, and competitive prices to all of our customers. We are thankful that we were recognized once again by a sealing industry leader who provide their customers with high quality, custom engineered products and processes that meet exacting standards.
Supplier of the Year Award for 2011

Headly was recently awarded the 2011 Golden Supplier of the Year award for supplying multi-millions of pieces to one of our largest customers with a PPM under 9 across all 3 of our facilities. This is the forth year in a row that we have received an award and have supplied our customer over 300,000,000 pieces over the 4 years. We appreciate the recognition from our customer and continue to strive for zero defects, which we have achieved for many of our customers.
