Headly Manufacturing has been in business for over 80 years. We are located across 3 facilities in the Greater Chicagoland area. We have grown to over 300 + employees ranging from sales and customer service to engineering, manufacturing, and logistics. Our employees are cross trained so that they are aware of the up stream and down stream processes required to produce precision metal stampings and know how their activities impact the quality of our parts and service to our customers. They realize the importance of working in a team and have been trained on how to identify items that impact quality. Which is key to having a single digit parts per million rejects from our customer.

Headly’s ability to deliver the highest quality products at competitive prices, on time, while providing exceptional service is dependent upon our employees — they are the single greatest asset of our company. They are responsible for working with our customers to develop the initial plans, talking with our customers to understand their expectations for a successful program. They also manage the ambiguity that accompanies new product development, manufacturing, and delivering the high quality products that are found in sealing systems around the world. From cars and trucks, to locomotives and boats, as well as various industrial and military applications.
